1. Read through the VCA "Statement of Faith" and "Educational Philosophy" to gain understanding of the school's philosophy on education your child.
   
   
2. Read and complete the entire "Enrollment Application" and return all forms to VCA with appropriate non- refundable fees. All applications, fees and forms must be returned to the school during office hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). All details on the following forms MUST be completed and returned to VCA in order to start processing your application.

3. Enrollment Categories - Once a completed Enrollment Application (see above) has been received, your file will be processed. The parent/guardian will be contacted to schedule an Enrollment Interview. These interviews are scheduled by the Administrative Staff. Priority is given to students who submit completed applications by the established due dates for the following enrollment categories:
   
   

   CATEGORY I Feb 19 - Mar 3	Re-enrollments or VCA Family Enrollees- Current students and siblings of VCA students or graduates. Re-enrollees are not required to schedule an interview. However, VCA Administrations may schedule an interview if there are academic or behavioral concerns about the student
   CATEGORY II Feb 25 - Mar 3	Christian School Transfer Students - Students transferring from another Christian school.
   CATEGORY III Mar 3	Open Enrollment - Beginning March 3, enrollment is open to the public.




4. Enrollment Interview - An interview will be conducted involving the parents, student, and the appropriate VCA Administrator. Any special considerations or conditions will be discussed at this time. Upon completion of the interview, you will be subsequently advised of your admission status at VCA by mail. Upon acceptance, arrangements will be made regarding financial payments. It is mandatory for all new VCA parents and students to attend one of our scheduled Orientation sessions.
   
   
5. Curriculum Fee - Due to the length of time it takes to order, receive, and process books, all Curriculum Fees must be received by April 1st.
   
   
6. Late Enrollments - For those enrolling after July 1st, all fees must be paid at the time of acceptance.
