Enrollment Procedures
- Read through the VCA "Statement
of Faith" and "Educational
Philosophy" to gain understanding of the school's philosophy on education your child.
- Read and complete the entire "Enrollment Application"
and return all forms to VCA with appropriate non- refundable fees. All applications, fees
and forms must be returned to the school during office hours (8:00
AM - 4:00 PM). All details on the following forms MUST be completed
and returned to VCA in order to start processing your application.

- Copy of Custody Papers, if applicable.

- Enrollment Categories - Once a completed Enrollment Application with Application Fee has been received, your file will be reviewed.
Parents/guardians of new enrollees will be contacted with a date for Entrance Testing. The fee for this test is
$35.00, payable upon testing. Priority is given to students who submit completed applications on the established
due dates for the following enrollment categories:
• Category I: Re-enrolling students and siblings

Re-enrollments or VCA Family Enrollees-
Current students and siblings of VCA students or graduates may enroll beginning two weeks prior to Open House.

CATEGORY II
|
Christian School Transfer Students
- Students transferring from another Christian school may enroll one week prior to Open House.

III
|
Open Enrollment
- Enrollment is open to the public on Open House day each year. |
- MANDATORY NEW PARENT ORIENTATION - A mandatory meeting for all new VCA families will be held in the month before school. All unpaid fees are due at this time
and all paperwork must be completed by this meeting. The family must be enrolled in the FACTS program by this date.
There will also be a general Orientation meeting for all VCA parents in the week prior to the beginning of school.
- Curriculum Fee - Due to the length of time
it takes to order, receive, and process books, all Curriculum Fees
must be received by April 1st.
- Late Enrollments - For those enrolling after July 1st, all fees
must be paid at the time of acceptance.
